My morning skincare routine
AM Routine
5 steps
- 1 Pea-sized amount
- wash your face, take a pea-sized amount of soap, make a lot of foam, gently rub it on your face, then rinse with clean water
- Don't rub your face too hard
- Avoid eyes area
- wash your face 2 times a day in the morning and at night
Stearic Acid: Softening

Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract: Healing
Niacinamide (Vitamine PP): Brightening
- 3 Drops
- take 3 drops of serum, then wipe it all over the face while gently patting so that it is absorbed
- don't use too much serum
- Choose a serum that suits your skin's needs
Sodium Hyaluronate: Healing
- 5 Pieces
- Take an adequate amount of moisturizer, and place it on 5 parts of the face such as forehead, left and right cheeks, chin and nose
- Smooth it all over the face by gently rubbing
- Don't rub too hard
- Don't use moisturizer too much
- Use a moisturizer that suits your skin type
Panthenol: Moisturising, Healing
- 2 Fingers
- Take 2 fingers of sunscreen, then apply it all over the face
- Avoid the eye and mouth area
- It is very important to use sunscreen in the morning/afternoon, to protect the skin from sun exposure that can damage the skin
